A massive crude-oil slick from an exploded rig in the Gulf of Mexico inched closer to the mouth of the Mississippi river late Thursday as the government marshalled resources to protect fragile wetlands.
Really and truly tragic. Let’s hope today’s efforts to try a new approach at stopping this leak are successful.
Uggh. It still makes me sick to my stomach.
sadness!!
I just read your previous post about Lost. OH I’m gonna miss that show. Love love love it. Great questions. I thought the ending was perfect–but then again I don’t like everything to be spelled out for me. 🙂
How sad!
Complete and utter sadness. What a shameful waste of life and resources.
So very, very sad.
It’s heartbreaking.
This is so sad and so frustrating!
crying
I am in New Orleans at the moment for a writing conference. I cannot believe that no one knows what to do to stop the oil leak. This is sooooo sad! The oil company should be hung out on a rack!
I agree. Sickening and sad.
