Ink on paper is as beautiful to me as flowers on the mountains; God composes, why shouldn’t we?

Wow. That photo is stunning. Looks like acrylic paints swashed over a canvas.

And that quote is lovely. And so true.

Great quote and a gorgeous picture. This is what I needed to brighten my dreary rainy day.

    Thanks! πŸ™‚

Love that. Because I love the idea that, being made in God’s image, we’re creators too. πŸ™‚

Beautiful quote! I’ve noticed lately what a blessing it is to have something I love to do as much as I love writing. Not everyone has that. And it’s especially lovely to enjoy creating and think of that as something we have in common with God.

Goodness, Caroline. You know I’ve been a little out of the loop lately. I’ve just gone back and read your journey with May B., including the post where you shared your stats from years of writing and trying. Wow! First, I’m so happy for you that the dream is starting to be realized. Also, thanks so much for the inspiration today as I’ve been feeling a little weary with trying.

I’m new to your blog, but after reading Serenity’s comments I went back and read your older post, and stats. So encouraging. I loved your two quotes:

I have something unique to say.
My writing will continue to improve if I work at it.

I think I need to post those over my computer and chant them daily :0)

I love this quote, too. So glad so many of you connected with it.

Jenny, welcome! Those two ideas kept me going for years. Both true and encouraging. And worthy of taping to your forehead. πŸ˜‰
