The way to write a book is to actually write a book. A pen is useful, typing is also good. Keep putting words on the page.

      I’ve always thought he was St. Francis, though he doesn’t look like they typical St. F, so probably not. Off to discover St. Fiacre.

    So true, Caroline. So true. Wish I’d listened to this advice when I was younger.

    And after you’ve put all those words on the page and you realize you have a completed rough draft, THEN you start revising and end up changing most of those words. Or at least I do! ๐Ÿ™‚

      It’s kind of a freeing way to look at things. No rules, just honest work. All the other stuff can come later.
