Who Are You?

It’s been a long time since I’ve invited you readers to introduce yourselves. Some of you I’ve gotten to know well and some of you I’d love to know better. Those of you who follow through an RSS feed I might not know at all.

Today’s your day!

Who’s out there?

Are you a writer? Reader? Teacher? Librarian? Someone I went to high school with who feels compelled to follow?

What are your interests?

What makes you stop by?

What would you like to see more of around here?

I’m out here! And since I’m on blog hiatus, I’m trying to comment as often as possible to stay alive in this wonderful community.

I’m a writer of adult fiction and an editor of children’s books.

I read constantly, write as often as my brain allows. I love movies, pop-culture, blogs, zombies. I also love my job.

I forget what brought me to your blog, but what keeps me here is your keen insights on the writing process, fun quotes and sometimes photos, and just your general ability to put yourself out there.

    Hi Caroline:)

I’m a writer of Women’s Fiction/Contemporary Fiction. I love blogging as much as writing novels, and I’ve grown because of it.

If I’m not reading or writing, I’m shopping. Make it all three and I am one happy camper:)

Hi, Caroline! I think you know that I write PB’s and chapter books (maybe MG one day). I also teach high school English, read voraciously, and spend most of my time mothering three adorable kiddos. πŸ™‚

I think I did this the last time you posted something like this!

I’m Sarah, a writer. Although I just moved to NYC with a job in publicity in publishing, so the writing is on the backburner right now πŸ™‚

I’m a reader, a writer, a widow, a mother, and a daughter taking care of her old, old mom.

I write MG and YA and as yet am unrepresented and unpublished. My kids are teens.

I can’t remember how I first found your blog, but I like your posts and I subscribe by email so I don’t miss any.

I am most interested in the writer’s journey, writing/publishing discussions, and book discussions.

    Hi Caroline,
I think I found your blog when I start researching agents. I’m a writer (MG), currently looking for representation. I’m also an ESL teacher taking a “break” while staying home with my two-year-old daughter.
I really enjoy your blog, especially when you talk about writing journey. Thanks for sharing your insights with us.

I’ve enjoyed your blog…thank you for the invitation to indroduce myself. I am a Christian mom, grandma, writer, speaker, singer and blogger. I released a lullaby CD in 2008 and have one novel done and another almost done. I also write non fiction. Yet to have a full book published – and still have a lot to learn!

Whooooo are you…who, who–who, who? Sorry, I’ve got Roger Daltry in my head.

You tripped over my blog recently and I’m glad to have found yours.

I’m a children’s author as well. I write picture books and middle grade. My first picture book, THE MONSTORE, will be released by Aladdin/S&S in 2013. I might try YA…someday… And I also enjoy writing flash fiction for adults.

Look forward to getting to know you, getting to know all about you….

    Sorry, I sing a lot.
