How long it takes to write the thoughts of a minute!

Contemplation seems to be about the only luxury that costs nothing.

Oh, my. The loveliness… “Flat country seems to give the sky a chance.” WOW.

Thanks for sharing all three of these thoughts, and the book.

Have you read it? I ADORE this book! Love these little nuggets that either make me see the world differently or help express something I’ve never had the words to say.

I love that book!! Have you read any other adult novels by Dodie Smith? I’ve been wanting to, but not sure where to start…

No! And I still haven’t read ONE HUNDRED AND ONE DALMATIANS, either.

One Hundred and One Dalmatians is delightful. It’s more lighthearted than I Capture the Castle.

Chiming in to say I read Dodie Smith’s IT ENDS WITH REVELATIONS and it was quite surprising! Definitely worth reading.

I think I could read this book once a year. Maybe I’ll read it while I’m in England this summer?
